Woodland Baby Shower

Here are some pics from the Woodland Baby Shower.  It was a "girl color scheme" woodland theme baby shower with a served brunch.

I used the sewing crepe paper rolls together method to make ruffled crepe paper.  It was a lot of fun and turned out well.  The "baby" banner got lost behind the gifts...

Thank you Favors: They say "then there were three..."  They are white chocolate bird's nest with "chocolate eggs"
Guest signed the fingerprint branch.  After the baby is born, I'll add the DOB for her in the bottom corner.

I made a woodland themed diaper cake.  I didn't attach stuff to it.. essentially just 3 packs of diapers with woodland themed ribbon, Cricut cuts outs.  My first diaper cake ever.  It was a fun little project.

here is a pile of the ruffled streamers

I strung onesies and blank bibs for a garland across the dining room entrance way.  Later we decorated them.  The mommy-to-be made the mobile for the baby's nursery and I borrowed it to hang as a centerpiece.  You can see where the topiaries found their home.

I wrapped wire around rocks to announce items of food/punches.  We served Citrus Sunshine and Morning Moonshine.

This blog post will attend these parties.

  1. Cute baby shower! I threw my friend a baby shower last year and I did many of the same things -a diaper cake, ruffled crepe paper, and hanging onesie as decorations. I'm sure your expecting mother loved it!

I'm visiting from the Singing 3 Little Birds linky party. I would love if you stopped by my blog.

    Thanks for sharing,
