Pizza Bagels

So yum and not the frozen kind in the box

Ingredients:

  • 1 jar of spaghetti sauce or your favorite pizza sauce
  • 2 cups of shredded mozzarella
  • 5 bagels
  • toppings of choice

Spread out your bagels on your cookie sheet.  For easier clean up, line with tinfoil

On each bagel, use aproximately 3 tsp of spaghetti or pizza sauce.  use the back of the spoon to evenly spread it.

Add a quarter cup of cheese to each one.

Chop up your favorite toppings and give the bagels a splash of topping.  Red Onion and button mushrooms are the family's personal favorite.

Once you are done topping, cook them in a preheated oven (375 degrees) for 12 minutes

and ENJOY!

  1. I think I might make these tonight! Mmm Mmm Good! I have a great Spinach Lasagna recipe if you want it. I am not vegetarian, but have friends and a teen daughter who was for a minute so this is a fav recipe I make for them :)

  2. nions are my undeniable favourite toppings of all time. Sometimes, I would go as far as taking a large onion at work and chomp on it during my breaks. Friends find it weird but I do love huge onions a lot so I almost don’t care when someone stares at me as I walk home after work with a bitten onion. Though, I’m sure my “starers” would like it better if I had this pizza bagel recipe with tons of onion toppings in hand rather than the usual. Thanks for giving me a bright idea! Starting tomorrow, I’m officially saying goodbye to my onion craving and saying hello to my onion-packed pizza bagel!
